Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. As a customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upsell products or services as needed, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring seamless and efficient communication

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone, via email, chat, or other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • Must reside in California, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
