Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Processing incoming orders and returns with precision and speed
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately captured
  • Reviewing and entering data updates in our systems, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in data received, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Organizing monthly sales reporting, providing valuable insights to our business stakeholders
  • Performing other office tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you will need:

  • Previous experience in data entry or related fields, with a strong understanding of data management principles
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and speed
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Experience with data entry software, such as Excel, Access, or other related tools
  • A strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles
  • A degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science

Job Type and Schedule

This is a full-time remote position, with a standard 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday. You will be working independently, with regular check-ins and feedback from our team.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you can expect:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Education and Experience
