### Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Document Control Assistant to support our remote document management and data entry operations. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate and organized records, ensure document version control, and provide administrative support to our project teams. This is a fully remote, flexible-hours position ideal for detail-oriented professionals.

### Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update digital filing systems in accordance with company standards. - Ensure all documents are properly formatted, reviewed, and version-controlled. - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. - Track, retrieve, and distribute documents to internal departments and external partners as needed. - Assist in preparing and maintaining document templates, logs, and registers. - Support compliance with internal quality assurance and document retention policies. - Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to resolve documentation discrepancies.

### Qualifications - Proven experience in document control, data entry, or administrative support (1–2 years preferred). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Google Workspace). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. - High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
