As a Customer Service Associate, you will be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our sellers and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and exceed expectations. How Your Role Expectations Will Progress:

As a Customer Service Associate, your role expectations will evolve significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's what you can expect: ### 30 Days In:

  • Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge about blithequark's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplaces.
  • Learn how to navigate our systems and tools, ensuring you're equipped to provide top-notch service to our sellers and customers.
  • Develop industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find effective solutions.

### 60 Days In:

  • Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Navigate our order queue, determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

### 90 Days In:

  • Play an active role in continued learnings, advancing your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.
  • Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need to bring the following:

  • Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • A strong customer service mindset that embodies problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution skills.
  • A genuine interest in the live event space and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Work Environment and Company Culture:

Our Coppell, TX office is a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation and creativity thrive. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll enjoy a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Our flexible schedule includes:

  • The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training, which is paid and all in-office.
  • Hybrid model, not fully remote.
  • Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.

Compensation and Benefits:

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility.
  • Bi-annual bonuses.
  • Annual equity grant.
  • Overtime eligibility for any hours worked over 40/week.
