About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client care while working in a fast-paced, organized client care environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing elevated levels of product and service information to clients, including explaining the features, benefits, and different components of blithequark's services
  • Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
  • Recording important data as per established procedures and protocols
  • Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through consultative relationship building, active listening, and solid written and verbal communication
  • Recording important data as per established procedures and protocols
  • Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices
  • Working in a speed measurement climate with the ability to perform multiple tasks and routes in an electronic environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • At least two years of experience in client support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and solid written and verbal communication
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of industry-leading customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and communication
