Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk with Accuracy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting alphabetic and numeric information into databases and software programs
• Reviewing and interpreting source documents, such as sales reports, bills, or canceled checks, and entering the required data into designated fields
• Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of various data types, including demographic, financial, and customer information
• Detecting and correcting errors, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors when necessary
• Maintaining operational records and logs to ensure all data and activities are documented and accessible
• Safeguarding data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality while maintaining customer confidence and protecting sensitive information
• Establishing data entry priorities by adhering to organizational guidelines or consulting with team leadership
• Reviewing, correcting, deleting, recovering, or reentering customer and account data as necessary to maintain accuracy and integrity
• Contributing ideas for improving data collection processes and operating office equipment as needed to assist in data entry tasks
