Job Brief
As a Customer Service Representative on our Ditto team, you'll be the face of our platform, interacting with users directly to understand their requirements and recommend policies or features that are best suited for them. You'll be hand-holding our users in their insurance buying journey, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring a seamless experience. We have two advisory teams, Team Bliss and Team Falcon, each with its unique work schedule and requirements.
Team Bliss
* Spend ~40% of your time communicating with users through direct calls
- Spend the remaining time on WhatsApp
- Ideal for individuals seeking flexibility in their work schedule
- Two shifts available: 12pm to 9pm and 2pm to 11pm
Team Falcon
* Spend ~60% of your time communicating with users through direct calls
- Spend the remaining time on WhatsApp
- Typical working hours: 10am to 8pm
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command of English
- Basic computer knowledge is necessary
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively
