Compensation And Benefits

This position operates on a 1099/commission basis, with average earnings of around $1,000 per completed client application. Full-time advisors generally enroll at least five clients weekly, with top performers securing 15 to 20 clients. Additional financial incentives include overrides, bonuses, ongoing residuals, and all-expense-paid travel opportunities. Advisors are vested from day one and may qualify for equity incentives or agency contracts, allowing for full ownership of their residual income stream.
