Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Logistics Operations Scheduler, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring patient treatment schedules and resolving real-time operational issues related to transportation, manufacturing, distribution, and administration
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service
• Coordinating with manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products
• Analyzing and resolving complex logistics issues, including transportation and inventory management
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, scheduling, and planning
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
• Strong MS Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM, APEX, Oracle, SAP, or other comparable systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
