Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Greet customers, run the register, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and improve overall store performance
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
  • Contribute to a fun, energetic, and dynamic team environment that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Is a team player who's comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • Has a strong work ethic and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Is able to think critically and creatively, with a focus on finding solutions to problems and improving overall store performance
  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 6 months of retail or customer service experience (preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role)
  • Is willing to learn and grow with our company, and is committed to advancing their career in a dynamic and supportive environment

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be required to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of ladders to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
