Job Summary
As a Resolution Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, stores, and partners through a high-volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails. You will be expected to use various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use various systems and tools to provide support to customers, stores, and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 25 words per minute typing speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)

Preferred Qualifications
