We are growing our AI Development Team and looking for additional Senior AI Software Engineer Python to join CuJu in the beginning of 2026

Tasks

Your Mission

As a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python and AI, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing CUJU’s scalable, reliable, and future-proof technology architecture. You’ll be at the core of building AI-powered solutions that directly impact the future of sports talent identification.

What You’ll Work On

• Design and implement the overall AI-driven software architecture.
• Write clean, production-ready Python code and champion best practices.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and implement release strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling updates).
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, and data scientists.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 7+ years in software engineering with a strong focus on Python.
• Proven experience in system architecture and distributed applications.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML systems and their integration into scalable products.
• Strong grasp of design patterns, clean architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Terraform and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
