Responsibilities:

As a remote chat support agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing live chat and email communications with customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Supporting sales efforts by offering product information, special promotions, and other relevant offers to customers.

What We Offer:
