Job Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and reporting
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
  • Appropriately escalating customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
