Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our paid media examination capability, you will be responsible for supporting our Chief Initiative group in identifying key opportunities for growth and optimization of our paid media spend worldwide. You will work closely with our marketing teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to surface data-driven insights for the Chief Initiative group

• Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive progress towards business objectives
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop recommendations for business improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of data insights and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or business context
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as D3.js, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or business context
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including predictive modeling and natural language processing
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with data governance and quality assurance, including data validation and data quality metrics
• Certification in data analysis or related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst (CDA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP))
