Role Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating seamless experiences for our customers. You'll be the go-to person for customers who need help with their orders, have questions about our products, or simply want to chat about fashion. You'll be working closely with our customer-facing team to ensure that every interaction is friendly, relatable, and exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner

  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
  • Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift

Role Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role

  • Must have access to consistently stable internet connection
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
  • On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry

  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styles
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
