Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote team as agents. As a remote agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities

As a remote agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner
  • Troubleshooting computer issues and resolving technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a remote agent, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Proficiency with computer software and hardware, including data entry and internet navigation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Technical Requirements

To ensure a great experience for our customers, you'll need to maintain the following technical requirements:

  • Dedicated stationary workspace with a closed door to ensure a noise-free office environment
  • Consistently reliable high-speed internet supplied by a cable or DSL provider with minimum download speed of 30 megabits/second or greater
  • Stand-alone monitor at least 24; two monitors are recommended
  • Hard wired internet connection in your home office with modem/router connected within 6 feet of your desk
  • Readiness to engage through the provided web camera for required meetings and training

Physical Requirements

This is a stationary position, continuously listening and talking with customers while working on a computer for 6-12 hour shifts.
