Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our client's evolving products and services to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Increasing customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills and providing personalized solutions
  • Handling numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently to meet our high standards of service excellence

Preferred Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience supporting brand products and services, with a deep understanding of consumer needs and preferences
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum of a High School diploma, with a college degree preferred
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting, with a strong analytical mindset
  • A proven ability to support consumer products and/or services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

  • A dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
  • Adequate space to set up your workstation, with a comfortable and ergonomic chair
  • The ability to hardwire your internet connection (plug directly into your router)
  • Three power connections – either three outlets or a power strip (one for each monitor and one for the PC tower)
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and distraction-free workspace, free from personal disruptions during scheduled hours
