Join Our Team as a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (blithequark Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our policies.

Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance
- Making decisions, problem-solving, and upholding an ethical standard
- Managing individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A designated workspace and reliable internet connection to work from home
- The ability to pass a background check
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
