Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing top-notch customer service.
  • Representing blithequark and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
  • Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
  • Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible results.

What We Expect from You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, as you'll be communicating with our clients and partners in this language.
  • Good English skills (for internal communication only), as you'll be working with our team to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), as you'll be working with our clients to manage their SEO campaigns.
  • Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.
  • Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Working Hours and Environment

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a computer, headset, and stable internet connection. Our working hours are:

  • 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday.
  • No work on weekends or holidays.

Additional Notes

* This is a contract position, so you'll not be eligible for traditional benefits.

  • You must be able to work independently and manage your own time, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
  • You must be a citizen or permanent resident of Ireland to be hired as a contractor in this role.
