At the heart of our success lies our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which specializes in inbound and outbound support for the home improvement industry. Our Call & Contact Centers serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries and requests with ease. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs with a positive attitude
  • Informing clients about procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
