Your Role as a Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, or instant message. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing innovative solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Handling customer support requests with empathy and professionalism
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate Product Support department
- Troubleshooting customer problems and identifying root causes
- Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring accurate notation of customer problems or issues
- Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information
- Meeting quality standards, adhering to schedule, and maintaining average handle time
- Providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
- An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- A clean and quiet workspace
- Proof of internet speed required
