Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work From Home Opportunity at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, and maintaining accurate records. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Conduct outbound calls to promote blithequark's benefits and services to union members
• Set appointments and schedule presentations to union members who have expressed interest in our benefits
• Prepare and deliver presentations to union members, highlighting the value and benefits of our services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality customer service
• Develop and maintain relationships with union members and other stakeholders

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• An upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for customer service
• The ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including union members, colleagues, and management
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
