Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for identifying and mitigating churn and downgrade risks, while executing opportunities to expand or deepen our customers' relationships with us. This is a remote work position on a night shift schedule, requiring a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Identify and mitigate churn and downgrade risks by analyzing customer data, conducting regular check-ins, and providing proactive support * Execute opportunities to expand or deepen our customers' relationships with us, including upselling and cross-selling our solutions * Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth * Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance our solutions and services * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply that knowledge to drive customer success and business growth Requirements * Proven experience in consultative SaaS or B2B sales with a demonstrated track record of successfully growing accounts and reducing churn * Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex relationship and sales processes * Tech-savvy with ability to effectively use tools like G-Suite and Salesforce * Native and/or bilingual English proficiency Benefits * Celebrate every happy customer – we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth * Small and mighty team – we're a close-knit group of experts who are passionate about what we do * Recently acquired by Marketplace Inc.
