Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support our operations by maintaining accurate records, processing essential data, and ensuring seamless logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing shipment data, tracking deliveries, and communicating with internal teams to ensure accurate package tracking and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering, updating, and maintaining shipment details, tracking numbers, and customer information in blithequark databases
  • Verifying data accuracy and resolving discrepancies in shipping records
  • Assisting with processing invoices, billing details, and customer service requests
  • Communicating with internal teams to ensure accurate package tracking and delivery
  • Maintaining confidentiality and complying with company data security policies
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications
