Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points through data analysis, customer feedback, and market research
• Design and implement innovative search solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
• Work closely with product teams to ensure seamless integration of search capabilities into our products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, product teams, and other cross-functional teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure blithequark remains at the forefront of customer experience innovation

Essential Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in customer experience, product development, or a related field

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and design thinking
• Strong understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points, with ability to analyze data and customer feedback to inform design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience with search technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and information retrieval

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Experience with customer experience design tools, including Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and human-centered design
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
