Key Responsibilities:

As a Facebook Messenger Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries on businesses' Facebook Messenger chat accounts
  • Providing timely and accurate support to customers via live chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  • Working independently to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
