Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Reside within a 30-mile radius of Port St. Lucie, FL
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be able to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems
  • Have customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Have a college degree preferred but not required
