What We're Looking For

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Agents who are fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken). As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer queries with professionalism, providing timely and accurate responses, and resolving issues in a friendly and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, or phone

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer and internet knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with live chat software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
