Your Day-to-Day:
As an EV Charger Support Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting complex issues related to EV chargers, providing advanced support to customers, and documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Communicating clearly and empathetically with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Scheduling and coordinating installation and maintenance appointments, ensuring seamless execution.
- Processing online enrollment applications, reviewing photos to determine if they meet qualifications, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to support the efficient operation of our team.
Who You Are:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a successful candidate, you will bring the following skills and qualifications to the team:
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the clean energy or EV charger industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
- Proficient with basic computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
