We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our dynamic Human Resources team as an Associate HR Business Partner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various business leaders and contribute to the success of our organization by providing strategic HR support. We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR support. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on best practices. Partner with recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for open positions. Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding process. Advise and coach managers on performance management and career development. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Assist in creating and delivering training programs for employees and managers. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership. Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes the company's values and culture.
