This isn’t a typical retention job — it’s a performance. You’ll combine the empathy of a caregiver, the persuasion of a storyteller, and the confidence of a closer to help patients rediscover the value of staying connected to their health journey. Your mission: turn moments of hesitation into hope, and “I think I’ll cancel” into “I’m so glad I stayed.”

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform with Purpose – Deliver engaging, heartfelt conversations that blend empathy and influence to retain patients in care programs.

  • Lead with Connection – Take inbound and outbound calls with patients considering cancellation; build instant rapport and earn trust through tone, energy, and sincerity.

  • Educate & Empower – Reframe patients’ perspectives by highlighting the real health and quality-of-life benefits of RPM, CCM, and BHI.

  • Own Your Results – Drive retention metrics through persuasive conversation and relationship-based communication. Every patient you save boosts both patient health and your earnings.

  • Collaborate & Improve – Document insights and trends to help shape messaging, scripts, and coaching across the retention team.

Who You Are:

  • A natural communicator and performer — confident, articulate, and emotionally intelligent.

  • Experienced in retention, sales, or customer care, especially in high-volume call centers or health-related services.

  • A storyteller who can connect emotionally and deliver persuasive messages with authenticity.

  • Calm under pressure and skilled at navigating objections with grace and precision.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working within CRMs, call software, and documentation tools.

  • Sign-On Bonus: This role is eligible for a one-time $3,000 sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid after you complete 120 days of continuous employment and is contingent upon your active employment status and satisfactory performance at the time of payment.

Pay Disclosure

The amount displayed is total potential compensation (OTE), which includes potential monthly bonuses, as we are a pay-for-performance company. Salary offers are determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position. Offers are also aligned with salary ranges informed by external market data for the role's level.
