Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints
  • Determining the client's issue and offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed
  • Dispatching client requests and following up with field, posting, and data entry
  • Preparing invoices, reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents
  • Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence
  • Preparing responses to correspondence, including faxes and emails

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role
