Program Administrator (RN) - Home Health Agency - Full-Time, Salaried

Pediatric Nursing Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Administrator / RN Supervisor to join our home health agency and direct the business, care team, and agency growth of our Indiana operations, based in/near Indianapolis, IN. DETAILS JOB TITLE: Program Administrator / RN Supervisor (RN required) JOB LOCATION: Indianapolis and surrounding areas (up to 2hr travel radius)

• Typical RN Supervisor in-field activities and services and state survey requirement require travel within a 30-60 minute radius, up to 2 hours occasionally / as needed.
• The ideal candidate will be required in our Indianapolis office at least 3 days per week (Mon-Wed), located at 8580 Cedar Place Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46240 in the Nora / Far Northside of Indianapolis, near Keystone at the Crossing.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM and as needed/on call

• Reporting at least 3 days per week (Mon-Wed) to our Indianapolis Office, and as needed during State Surveys.
• Field work + client home visits Monday-Friday as needed (with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week when not required in the field).
• Willingness to provide occasional on-call and varied / flex hour coverage (late night / weekend emergency) is required as needed.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Long-term employment opportunity, starting in a PRN or Part-Time, Hourly capacity, with the opportunity to build into a Full-Time, Salaried position (if desired, not required). RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Assistants) while directing, coordinating, supervising, and implementing professional and supportive services to home health clients in a safe, cost-effective manner. Successful candidates will be professional, efficient problem solvers who work independently as well as on a team, have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a bias for action and driving growth. Reports to: Regional RN Administrator / Corporate RN Administrator / Clinical RN Administrator Additional Details:

• This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a blend of clinical, compliance, and business growth skills. Successful applicants will be interested in long-term employment with our agency.
• Minimum availability requirements:
• Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM, reporting to our Indianapolis Office, and as needed during State Surveys.
• Field work + client home visits Monday-Friday as needed (with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week when not required in the field).
• Willingness to provide occasional on-call and varied / flex hour coverage (late night / weekend emergency) is required as needed.
• This role will oversee clients and field staff across Northern, Central, and Southern Indiana, including Fort Wayne, Muncie, Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Bloomington, Evansville, and surrounding areas.
