The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your primary duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and actively listening to understand their needs and concerns
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues and delivering solutions
• Managing a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating through multiple systems
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 100% attendance in training, with no time missed during our comprehensive training program
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Keyboarding and software proficiency
• Great problem-solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
• Successful completion of a background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, particularly in a healthcare setting

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
• Experience with healthcare-related software and systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
