The Role

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service, consistent with blithequark's standards and practices. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries via phone, resolving issues related to employee benefits, and processing documents. You will also be expected to maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service, consistent with blithequark's standards and practices

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment
  • Research and resolve customer issues related to employee benefits
  • Process documents and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

* Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

  • Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
  • Call center experience
