Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a full-time, non-exempt position, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of blithequark's customers in a timely manner. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our chat platform
  • Meet or exceed a set minimum number of conversations per hour, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and tools

Education & Skills Required

* Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles, is essential for success in this role

  • Must have access to high-speed internet, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues
  • High school diploma or GED is required, but we encourage candidates with higher education or relevant certifications to apply

Work Schedule

Our remote team operates on a flexible schedule, with two options available: Option 1:

  • Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)

Option 2:

  • Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)

Please note that your schedule may be subject to change based on department needs.

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding a set minimum number of conversations per hour
  • Proficiency in multiple software platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
