Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-class customer service via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience across various digital platforms
  • Utilizing quick thinking, effective communication, and a customer-first attitude to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Working independently, closely following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert support

Essential Qualifications:

* 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and understanding
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions, with a focus on consistency and quality
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 40+ words per minute
