Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing tasks with a strong sense of urgency while effectively multi-tasking
  • Reviewing all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy
  • Entering information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content
  • Reading source documents, such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and entering data in specific data fields using keyboards or scanners
  • Comparing data with source documents and utilizing documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors and reports them to supervisors as needed
  • Demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work, showing initiative and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will need to possess:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
