Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every interaction

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to travel, baggage, and other services, utilizing your problem-solving skills and patience to de-escalate conflicts and turn negative experiences into positive ones
  • Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage check-in, boarding, baggage, and other customer-facing processes, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
