Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Conversational AI and Live Chat Support

The Role
As a Full Stack Product Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to design, build, and launch new features and products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of conversational AI and live chat support capabilities, including chatbots, voice assistants, and other conversational interfaces
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to design, build, and launch new features and products
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including prioritizing features, estimating timelines, and allocating resources
- Work with stakeholders to define product requirements, including gathering feedback, conducting user research, and analyzing data
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and release notes
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute product launch plans
- Analyze product performance, including metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
Requirements
* 4-year degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
- Proven track record of success in leading product development and implementation
- Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and chatbot development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and human-centered design
- Experience with product roadmapping, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Strong understanding of data analysis and metrics, including user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Experience with cloud-based data storage and analytics, including Amazon S3 and Amazon Redshift
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, including TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Experience with natural language processing and chatbot development, including Dialogflow and Rasa
