The Role

As a Full Stack Product Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to design, build, and launch new features and products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of conversational AI and live chat support capabilities, including chatbots, voice assistants, and other conversational interfaces

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to design, build, and launch new features and products
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including prioritizing features, estimating timelines, and allocating resources
  • Work with stakeholders to define product requirements, including gathering feedback, conducting user research, and analyzing data
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and release notes
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute product launch plans
  • Analyze product performance, including metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices

Requirements

* 4-year degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
  • Proven track record of success in leading product development and implementation
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and chatbot development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles and human-centered design
  • Experience with product roadmapping, prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and metrics, including user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
  • Experience with cloud-based data storage and analytics, including Amazon S3 and Amazon Redshift
  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, including TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Experience with natural language processing and chatbot development, including Dialogflow and Rasa
