As a key member of our AgeTech startup, you will play a vital role in supporting the rollout of our cutting-edge technology in senior living communities, ensuring customers have the necessary training, resources, and guidance to successfully adopt our platform.

The Role

As a Customer Success & Project Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process, providing training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful adoption of our platform. You will also coordinate implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, monitor project progress, and proactively address client concerns and roadblocks. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and tech-savviness will enable you to explain complex technology in a simple, approachable way, making you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless deployment.

  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure customers have the necessary knowledge and tools to successfully adopt our platform.
  • Coordinate implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing client concerns and roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement, helping us refine our customer success approach.
  • Ensure customers are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for a successful deployment, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers, providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure they stay happy and engaged throughout their subscription.

Qualifications

* Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer support.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology in a simple, approachable way.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience working with technology platforms and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Motivated to grow and excel in your role and responsibilities, with a hunger to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Flexible and willing to wear many hats, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
  • Experience working with senior living communities is a plus, but not required.

Work Details & Compensation

* Hours: 20-30 hours per week (flexible schedule)

  • Compensation: $20-30 per hour (based on experience)
  • Employment Type: Freelance (1099 independent contractor)
  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
