Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing a great customer experience that is accurate, competent, friendly, and proactive. You will use your problem-solving skills to determine the best course of action, resulting in the most appropriate resolution for the customer. You will also respond to customer inquiries, become proficient in existing software systems, and use those systems to assist customers by processing information quickly and efficiently. Your goal will be to identify the problem and provide a resolution, while gaining a deep knowledge of our organization, products, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a great customer experience that is accurate, competent, friendly, and proactive for both prospective and existing customers
  • Use problem-solving skills to determine the best course of action, resulting in the most appropriate resolution for the customer
  • Respond to customer inquiries and become proficient in existing software systems
  • Use software systems to assist customers by processing information quickly and efficiently, identifying the problem, and providing a resolution
  • Gain a deep knowledge of our organization, products, and campaigns
  • Use knowledge and information gathered from conversations with customers to provide information and suggestions to supervisors regarding suggested customer service practices needed to be modified to improve the customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • One year of call center or customer service experience (required)
  • High School diploma or GED (required)
  • Excellent record-keeping, time management, and internal and external communication skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (desired but not required)
