Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team in a remote work-from-home capacity. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay rate, depending on experience. Employees work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. This role is fully remote, and we welcome applicants from across the United States. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Assisting customers with booking, flight changes, cancellations, and other travel needs
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Resolving issues or escalating to relevant departments when necessary
  • Maintaining a high standard of service that reflects blithequark's commitment to customer care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – training provided

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs
