Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines that support our business operations. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and develop data solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality data products. Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop robust data pipelines that support business operations, including data ingestion, processing, and delivery

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design data solutions that meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data set frameworks, and tools for continuous and batch processing
  • Work with the data science team to integrate data and models into automated processes, ensuring seamless data flow and high-quality data products
  • Develop and maintain data stores and data models to support information science and other internal clients
  • Ensure data quality and accessibility standards are met, and data is properly integrated from various sources
  • Investigate current data technology conditions to identify and evaluate key capabilities and suggest solutions
  • Explore new tools and technologies to determine the best approach given the requirements of the model or use case

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on data pipeline development
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in data engineering and data science
  • Experience with Cloud-based platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Azure
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Hadoop, Hive, or PySpark

  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its data challenges
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
