Job Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our customer information is up-to-date and secure. You will work closely with our Customer Trust and Relations team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering customer data into our systems with high accuracy and speed
• Verifying and updating customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with our Customer Trust and Relations team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our company's data protection policies Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 4+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our company's data protection policies Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, etc.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Knowledge of data entry software and systems (e.g. Excel, Access, etc.)
• Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
