We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Attorney who combines strong estate planning expertise with a consultative sales mindset. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys building relationships, conducting meaningful client consultations, and helping clients confidently move forward with estate planning solutions that meet their unique needs. Duties and responsibilities Client Consultations & Sales:

  • Conduct virtual, in-depth initial consultations with prospective clients (nationwide), primarily focusing on the benefits and importance of a revocable living trust using a provided script and established sales methodology.
  • Articulate the value proposition of comprehensive estate planning and our firm's services in a clear, empathetic, and persuasive manner (training provided).
  • Effectively identify client needs and concerns, overcoming objections to close sales on estate planning packages.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals.

Estate Plan Design & Scoping:

  • Work collaboratively with new clients to gather necessary information and help them make initial decisions regarding the specifics of their estate plan (e.g., trustee appointments, beneficiaries, basic distribution preferences).
  • Ensure all client information is accurately and completely documented in our CRM system.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build immediate rapport and trust with prospective clients, establishing a positive first impression of the firm.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with clients throughout the initial sales and onboarding process.
  • Act as a knowledgeable and supportive guide, ensuring clients feel confident and informed about their decision to move forward with our firm.

Collaboration & Training:

  • Work closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless transition of clients from the sales phase to the legal drafting and execution phase.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of estate planning principles, sales techniques, and firm processes.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an A.B.A. Accredited Law School,
  • Licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Arizona
  • Minimum 3 years estate planning experience

Skills & Attributes:

  • Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage a pipeline, and achieve targets. Comfortable with a consultative sales approach.
  • Legal Familiarity: Strong foundational understanding of estate planning concepts, especially revocable living trusts, wills, and powers of attorney
  • Client Empathy: A compassionate and patient demeanor, understanding the sensitive nature of estate planning decisions.
  • Highly Organized: Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Clio Grow) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals.
