Marketing Manager - Analytics and Paid Ad Management.

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented and analytically minded Digital Marketing Manager to help us manage ad spend, attribution data and all things performance. This role bridges strategic oversight and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who understands paid media fundamentals, understands data-driven iteration, and is comfortable maintaining our sources of truth in both CRM and channel data.

  • *Key Role Responsibilities

Key Role Responsibilities Paid Media Management and Optimization Own day-to-day management of the spend on all paid channels, including budgeting, pacing, bid strategies, working with the integrated campaign manager on audience iteration, creative testing, and manual optimizations for growth. Continuously refine and improve our attribution models (channel, cohort, MMM-lite, multi-touch heuristics). Build and maintain campaign structures that support efficient spend, clean data, and clear performance insights. Ensure that dashboards give non-technical stakeholders instant clarity on performance drivers and blockers. Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and weekly marketing reports using tools like Looker Studio, BigQuery, HubSpot, or similar. Attribution Modeling and Performance Measurement. Insight Generation & Creative Feedback Loop providing the Creative and Integrated Campaigns teams with clear, digestible insights to fuel message testing, new concepts, and channel expansion. Work with our development teams to manage the flow of data from paid channels, web analytics tools, and our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure consistent sources of truth. Develop and track structured testing roadmaps including creative tests, targeting variations, landing page experiments, and funnel diagnostics. Proactively identify opportunities to eliminate waste, improve CAC, and scale profitable spend. Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing, paid ad management, or growth role.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising concepts, especially CAC, ROI, conversion and A/B testing.
  • Google Ads, paid social ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and Google Analytics mastery.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, segmentation and audience building.
  • Attribution Modeling and Performance Measurement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, data-informed mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Beneficial skills.

  • Creative writing or copywriting experience for digital channels.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, MNTN or similar.
  • Task management software experience.
