Responsibilities

As a Freelance Customer Service Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers located in Singapore. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information and assistance via email, live chat, and phone calls
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to our products, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvements

Requirements
