Job Summary

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients through various channels, including phone, email, text, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring that our customers feel valued, informed, and supported throughout their journey with us. You'll work closely with a virtual team to achieve daily goals, maintain accurate records, and stay up-to-date on policy details.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer service support via phone, email, text, and chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Explain and update benefit options to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage and options
  • Maintain accurate records and policy details, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Reliable, organized, and motivated to succeed, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Zoom, email, and online tools
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to obtain a license in Life and Health Insurance, with support and resources provided by blithequark
